Raised by our staffs\u2019 hand feeding, he grew up in healthy condition, and finally moved to the exhibition pool located at Zone E \u201cSea of Ise-shima\u201d.<br \/>\nAs you may want to call him up in front of the pool, the staffs gave him a sounds-the-best name \u2013\u201cLoco\u201d!<br \/>\nIt is an abbreviation for \u201cKokoloco\u201d which means born to Kokoro in Japanese, as well as a Hawaiian word meaning \u201clocal\u201d.
