On May 20th, Ichigo, one of the finless dolphins gave birth to a calf, followed by Chobo's (another dolphin)
delivering another calf on June 1st.
Since Ichigo had some difficulty feeding the baby, our keepers are playing the maternal role by hand-feeding her.
Chobo, who has raised several calves, is taking care of her male calf dedicatedly. You can meet Chobo and the baby at zone E "Sea of Ise-shima".
